How do I return an item purchased from IP.com?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Ip.com. If your purchase does not meet your personal needs and expectations, please return it within 30 days for a 100% refund of the purchase price. This does not include shipping and handling charges. 


 

Shipment Changes

Can change my order?

Regrettably, once your order has been submitted, it cannot be modified. For assistance regarding your order, please contact us at 844-234-7939. Our support hours are Monday through Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM EST, and Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM.

Can I update my shipping address after placing my order?

Unfortunately, changes are not allowed an order is submitted. We suggest reaching out to Customer Service at 844-234-7939 to discuss the possibility of canceling order.

How do I access my ebook purchase?

You can read your ebook purchase in the free Glose app by downloading it to any compatible Apple* or Android** device from your Apple app or Google Play Store, or by going to glose.com.

1. Launch the app or visit glose.com, and from the menu select Log In.
2. Select Other Sign In Options.
3. Select Innovated Publishing.
4. Enter the Username and Password you used to purchase your ebook.
5. Select the book you would like to read and select Read or Resume.

Please allow up to an hour for your purchase to be available in your glose.com account.
